Tai Kim is a Health Career Navigator at the Metropolitan University at Denver. He worked in many capacities in higher education from being a career development specialist and adjunct instructor to a clinical counselor. Tai holds a BA in Elementary Education and Psychology as well as a MS in Mental Health Counseling from CUNY Queens College. He is currently engaging with the research team in the PhD program in Educational Psychology at CUNY Graduate Center. His current research focus includes topics on feedback, assessment for learning, and praise. Additionally, Tai’s research interests include the development of praise in multicultural contexts and the application of praise for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
