Mi Jin Park is a doctoral student in Educational Psychology at The Graduate Center, City University of New York. Her specialization is in Learning, Development, and Instruction. Prior to her doctoral studies, she earned a B.S.in Finance at the Carroll School of Management, Boston College and a M.S.Ed. in Higher Education at the Graduate School of Education, University of Pennsylvania. Her professional experiences include teaching high school Geometry and implementing educational technology platforms as well as training end users across higher education institutions to increase retention and personalized student experience.  Her main research interests include feedback, assessment and measurements of non-cognitive skills in remote and hybrid learning environments.
